A group of African men were involved in a road accident among themselves while trying to escape a police operation to curb drug abuse among foreigners in Puchong last night.
In the 9.30 pm incident.. six African men aged between 20 and 30 were stopped by the police outside a shop.
The foreigners however dashed into their cars and attempted to flee but their vehicles collided with each other, instead.
All six were arrested with three of them testing positive for drugs.
During the raid, police also rounded up 44 foreigners mostly from Africa, Myanmar and Pakistan as well as four locals.
Police conducted the operations dubbed Ops Tapis and Ops Rantau in the Selangor town which has seen an influx of foreigners, of late.
Those arested were taken to the Serdang district police station for further action.
