AirAsia offering basic fare of RM10, RM17 onwards for one-way domestic and international flights

PETALING JAYA: AirAsia is offering a basic fare of RM10 and RM17 onwards for its one-way domestic and international flights respectively, as long as you book online from Monday until Sept 1.

In a statement on Monday, the budget airline said that flights booked flights over the next seven days would apply to travelling made from Sept 9 to Nov 15 this year.

The promotion, it added, was exclusive to online bookings on AirAsia’s website.

Airport tax & fuel surcharges are priced at RM26 onwards.

AirAsia said that the one-way RM10 promotional base fare to West Malaysiann destinations such as Alor Setar, Johor Baru, Kota Baru, Langkawi and Penang.

One-way promotional flights connecting West to East Malaysia were priced at RM40.

Flights to India from Kuala Lumpur would have base fares starting from RM170, with airport tax & fuel surcharges of RM77 onwards.

AirAsia also has an India-centric promotion, adding that all flights to the subcontinent from Kuala Lumpur would have a starting base fare of RM170, with fuel and airport tax surcharges of RM77 onwards.

This would apply to customers booking online from now until Sept 1 for travels during Sept 2 to Oct 28.

People can also check for the promotion via AirAsia’s mobile apps on the iPhone, Android and Blackberry10.

The airline encouraged customers to pre-book their check-in baggage allocation online.
