STUDENT SENT TO THE GALLOWS FOR DRUG TRAFFICKING

A student was sentenced to death by the Shah Alam High Court malaysia on 14th June 2013, for trafficking in, more than one kilogramme of Methamphetamine, two years ago.

Judge Noor Azian Shaari found, Anolieflo Peter Ndubuisi, 36, who studied at a local private college, guilty of trafficking the drugs in 13 hair cream bottles.

Ndubuisi was arrested at the KLIA customs check point, at 4pm on July 30, 2011.

The judge said the defence has failed to raise a reasonable doubt in the case and that the accused’s defence was a mere denial.

Seven witnesses including one for the defence, testified during the trial.
